This is Flock.

We built it to put our whole team on the real product at the same time. You see changes sooner, your budget goes to judgment instead of coordination, and nothing ships without a senior sign-off.

See what changes for you

Why we built it

It used to take a relay team.

One feature used to pass through five people. A designer drew it in Figma, an account lead passed it off to the client in Miro, a project manager wrote it up as a ticket, a developer built it on a laptop, and QA checked it on a staging link. That's a lot of layers between an idea and the application. With Flock, the baton never changes hands. Whoever has the idea describes it, watches it get built in the real product, and gets it signed off by a senior engineer.

Bring us a real request

A 30-second film. How it used to work: one feature, five handoffs — designer, account lead, project manager, developer, and QA — and a whole week, from Mon 9:00 AM to Fri 5:00 PM. With Flock, the baton never changes hands.

This is Flock: our whole team on the real product, at the same time. Anyone asks, in plain language. Flock builds it, in its own isolated sandbox. A senior engineer signs off, by Mon 11:40 AM; nothing goes out without a human on it.

Days became hours. Your budget goes to judgment, not coordination. Flock. Great products, sooner. The timings shown are illustrative.

Five specialists, or one.

What you get

Most companies bought a few tools. We changed how the work gets done.

That shows up in what we make for you. Faster turns, great products, and a team that can answer a business ask while it still matters.

  • You see the real thing, sooner

We use Flock on our own work before bringing it to yours. Not a demo. Not a slide. A working product.

  • It gets better as we go

We built this for our teams. When the work asks for something new, we add it. Your account does not wait on someone else's roadmap.

The pace

Anyone can ask. Flock builds it. A senior engineer signs off.

  1. 01

    It starts with plain language

Anyone on our team can open Flock, pick the project, and describe the change in everyday language. No engineers required.

  2. 02

It gets built in a secure environment

A private copy of the project spins up in its own isolated sandbox. Whoever asked can watch it happen, or get on with their day.

  3. 03

    Reviews happen anywhere

When it is ready, we hear about it. Phone, tablet, laptop. Review on the train. Approve over coffee.

  4. 04

    A person always signs off

If it looks right, it moves forward. If it does not, we say so and the work continues. Nothing goes out without a human on it. That is not optional.

Why it holds up

Speed is worthless if the work is not good.

Tools do not replace taste. They give our strongest people more hours in the day to use it. And every change passes the same four gates, whoever asked for it.

  • Our seniors go further

The people who already know what good looks like spend their time on direction and review. You get more of them on your business, not less.

  • Craft still decides

Experience is what keeps a fast process honest. Brand, accessibility, performance. The things a shortcut will miss.

A request travels from Request to Live through four gates.

  1. Isolated sandbox
  2. Role permissions
  3. Senior sign-off
  4. Recorded in version control
  • AI tries to push code: blocked, no push access
  • A designer's request touches backend code: blocked, outside role permissions

Secrets encrypted, injected only at runtime.

Fast, and nothing ships unchecked.

Who it is for

Everyone who touches the work can move it forward.

  • Creatives

Ask for the spacing, the color, the layout, and see it in the real build.

  • Developers

Review and steer, instead of grinding through the obvious.

  • Managers

The brief and the release come from what is in the project today.

This page was built with Flock

Bring us a real request.

Tell us about a change you have been waiting on. On a call with our team, we will build a working version of it on a prototype while you watch.

A sentence or two is plenty. We build on a prototype, not your live product, and a senior engineer reviews everything we show you. We are opening Flock to partners next, so this is a first look at how you will work with us.
