The Evolution of Our Work with Bobcat Built to Scale

What began as a targeted opportunity during the summer of 2024 has quickly grown into one of our largest Consulting wins in the U.S. market. Bobcat Company, a leading equipment manufacturer, initially approached us for support in community management, influencer identification, and content strategy. Our team landed the engagement with a teaser social media audit that spotlighted our data capabilities and set the stage for a strategic partnership grounded in insight.
From day one, our approach was anchored in a strong foundation of data-informed strategy. We conducted a comprehensive social media audit that offered a clear diagnostic of Bobcat’s current landscape and competitive positioning. Building on those insights, we crafted a content strategy that aligned with the brand’s business units, seasonal priorities, and broader marketing goals. We also developed a content creator strategy that identified key influencers and creators who could naturally extend Bobcat’s voice into key communities.
On the brand creative side, our work came to life through a full suite of deliverables for both paid media and organic social. We developed campaign concepts tailored to Bobcat’s core audiences of landscaping professionals, construction crews, and homeowners, ensuring every piece of creative felt both distinct and relevant to the brand. Our creative team then executed against these concepts, producing high-impact paid assets and organic content that supported major product launches, cultural moments, and evergreen brand storytelling. Each deliverable was shaped in close partnership with Bobcat’s internal teams and media agency, ensuring strategic and visual cohesion across all platforms.
At the heart of our engagement was community management, which served as a critical pillar for Bobcat’s ongoing digital success. We created a social playbook to standardize voice, tone, and response protocol across all of Bobcat’s channels. Our team continues to manage day-to-day community engagement, helping the brand foster deeper relationships with its audience while also responding in real time to customer needs and conversations. In parallel, we’ve implemented a reputation management strategy designed to proactively monitor sentiment, mitigate risks, and strengthen the brand’s standing online.
