Discover Account Center—Everything in the Right Place
On June 20th, MCD and Discover launched a new Account Center to help cardmembers get better control over their accounts and immediate access to the things that matter the most.
Using a customer centric design approach we simplified and reorganized the Account Center, giving users quick access to the tools and content they use most often. We brought time sensitive items like pending and recent transactions to the home page so users could easily check their activity. We responded to users’ concerns about missing out on rewards opportunities by making them more prominent and we added cardmember messages for other promotions in relevant places with the right context.
This latest Account Center’s release was propelled by MCD Kickstart, a six week innovation process where we define user needs, develop model concepts, test them with potential customers, and refine the solution based on customer responses.
With its new organization and overall fresh look and feel, the new Account Center gives Discover customers exactly what they’re looking for, right when they log in. Which for any website, is the most important goal of all!
