We were honored when MSKCC selected MCD to re-imagine their next generation web presence. Guided by a user-centered design approach we architected and designed a wholly new digital experience — a solution that ultimately spanned over 10,000 pages and addresses the needs of six very different audiences. The result was a more modern design and approach supporting the truly amazing work they do each and every day.
A care experience that starts at the very first click
Understanding that many visitors are dealing with a recent cancer diagnosis, we took extreme care to provide them with a more personal and compassionate experience. For example, our Patient Referral Service video helps make the process of seeking treatment less intimidating by offering prospective patients a better sense of where to begin and what they can expect.
Highlight of the new design
Now everyone who visits MSKCC.org will find a more intuitive navigation system that makes it easy to get the information they came for. The dynamic news section provides a platform for MSKCC to communicate the latest advances in care and research. And engaging photography and videos of medical experts, scientists, and patients help make this immense and prestigious organization more human and approachable.
